Summer Camp 2014 will be June 15th to June 21st. That means that we will depart from Plant City on Friday, June 13th, spend the night at a Scout Camp or other suitable location along the way on Saturday night, and then arrive at Camp Ottari on Sunday, June 15th. Summer camp itself is Sunday to Saturday, and we will pack up and leave early on Saturday, June 21st, and be home around midnight on that same night (Saturday, June 21st).

I need to get a list of Adults that can, and would be willing to spend the week with us at Camp. It would be best to have 6 adults go, myself included.
Also, I need to know which Scouts would like to go. Registration is February 1st, with a $100 deposit due to register. For most, the total cost of registration will be $310, but if your Scout wishes to go to an advanced/high adventure part of the camp, there may be some additional fees.
The Troop will attempt to cover the travel costs, including vehicles, insurance, gas, meals, etc. during travel. The Summer Camp fee covers their enrollment in Camp, all meals during the week at Camp, and other camp fees.
Please accept my apologies for the date confusion, and let me know if you and/or your Scout would like to go to Summer Camp. Also, if anyone would help by serving as a Summer Camp Chair to keep us organized and on task, I would greatly appreciate it.
