Troop Meeting – Monday, Jan. 25
Monday’s meeting will be a “Yard Rule” meeting. This is something we used to do more frequently and involves cleaning, organizing and putting away the equipment from the last camp out, and in preparation for the next camp out. Monday Meeting – Tropical Storm Erika
As of the latest update, the storm has dissipated and our weather on Monday should be “normal”, so we WILL have a Troop meeting Monday night at 7:30pm. However, please do keep an eye on the weather and use your judgement; if the remnants of Erika reform, or bring heavy rains and storms on Monday
Troop Meetings resume August 24th
Troop meetings for the 2015-2016 year will resume on Monday, August 24th. Meetings will still be from 7:30pm to 9:00pm on Monday nights at Cork United Methodist Church.
Troop Elections — 2014/2015
At our first meeting, on August 25th, we will be holding Troop Leadership Elections. All elections will be by secret ballot, and winners much obtain more than 50% of the vote. We will be having BOTH an Eagle Project Workday (8:00am at Cork UMC, until after lunch) AND a Troop Meeting @ 7:30pm where the Scouts will be working on their second class related to the Cooking Merit Badge. PLC will begin at 6:30pm as well.

Our next Troop Meeting will be Monday, January 6th at Cork United Methodist Church. Cork UMC is located across the field from Bethany, on Sam Allen Road (4815 W Sam Allen Rd Plant City, FL 33565). PLC will be meeting at 6:30pm and the Troop Meeting will begin at 7:30pm.
