We will be assisting the Trinity Sportsman Ministries with their annual Sporting Clays Fundraiser on Saturday, February 15th. We need 16 – 20 people to assist with this event. The Troop will be given a percentage of the event proceeds for our help in putting on the event.
They would prefer Scouts 13 and older given the nature of the event, but we have a number of younger Scouts. Younger Scouts are absolutely requested, encouraged and invited to attend as well, and we will likely pair them up with older Scouts so they can assist and have some fun. We need as many of our Scouts (of all ages) as possible, and I will be asking some Scouts that have achieved the rank of Eagle but might be in the area, to come out and help as well. Uniformed adults are also encouraged and invited to come help as well.
Scouts and Adults should wear the Boy Scout Field (Class A) Uniform. The event is at Fish Hawk Sporting Clays. Please let the Scoutmaster know if you will be there, so we can determine if we are close to the minimum needed number.
