Hi All – Welcome back! Our first Troop Meeting will be Monday, January 11th, at 7:30pm as usual. We will also hold a Parent Meeting in the Church sanctuary beginning at 7:45pm, once the Scouts complete their opening ceremonies, in which we’ll lay out some of the changes for 2016 and needs for adult involvement
NO Troop Events this Weekend
Apologies for any confusion and lack of communication, but there will be NO Troop Activity or Events this weekend. However, the two service opportunities (Bethlehem Cemetery and Bethany Food Bank) remain options for you on Saturday.
Cork UMC Block Party

Flag Dedication – William’s Eagle Project

AquAcademy Camp Out This Weekend (Oct. 2 – 4)

Monday Meeting – Tropical Storm Erika

October Camp Out – Sign ups Closed
The signup deadline has passed. We do, however, still need one additional adult to attend. — As announced, the Troop will be attending the Aquacademy in October as our October camp out. Rodeo – Fun Service Opportunity
SATURDAY, AUG 29 – 5:00PM – We have a fun opportunity for any Scouts that want to help out at the Rodeo Festival at the Florida State Fairgrounds. Troop Meetings resume August 24th
Troop meetings for the 2015-2016 year will resume on Monday, August 24th. Meetings will still be from 7:30pm to 9:00pm on Monday nights at Cork United Methodist Church.

Cross-Over Ceremony
TIME: Monday, March 23rd at 7:00pm (half-hour earlier than normal). DRESS: Class A full dress uniform, with neckerchiefs, sashes, etc. Please arrive by 7:00pm (everyone) in dress uniform to be a part of the cross-over ceremony. Our normal troop meeting will follow the cross-over, and we will be discussing Camporee and Summer Camp.
Flag Retirement Ceremony Postponed
Due to the weather, the Flag Retirement Ceremony at AMVETS Post 44, scheduled for 1:00pm today (February 28, 2015) has been postponed. We will try to reschedule for one of the next couple of weekends, and once a date is set, we’ll announce the new timing.
