We will be celebrating Scout Sunday with our Chartered Organization, Cork United Methodist Church, this weekend. Following the Service, we will also have a catered (by Fred’s) lunch to meet and get to know the church members and for them to get to know us.
The Service is at 10:30am and the church is very excited. I would like to have a great turnout to show them our thanks for Chartering our unit. Scouts and adult leaders should be in uniform, please.
Following the Service, around 11:45, we’ll “meet and mingle” over lunch. Given the contributions to date, the cost of the Fred’s lunch is $6.50/person. If you can contribute a little more, that would be appreciated to help those that cannot.
I need to finalize a headcount for the catering, so please let me know how many to expect from your family as soon as you can.
