NO Troop Meeting – December 30th

There will be NO Troop Meeting on Monday, December 30th. Our next Troop Meeting will be Monday, January 6th at the Cork United Methodist Church, across the field from Bethany Baptist Church on Sam Allen Road. PLC will begin at 6:30pm and the Troop Meeting will begin at 7:30pm.

EAGLE SCOUTS – Liam and Elijah

Congratulations to Liam and Elijah, both of whom completed their Eagle Boards of Review on December 20th, and achieved the rank of Eagle Scout!

Webelos Crossover – Saturday

The Webelos 2′s that have joined us from Pack 14 and have earned the Arrow of Light will be crossing over into Troop 734 on Saturday, December 14th at 5:00pm at the Evangelical Presbyterian Church on Charlie Griffin Road. It would be great to have a big turnout from the Pack to support these Webelos

Eagle Court of Honor – December 7

Several of our brother Scouts are celebrating their achievement of the rank of Eagle Scout this Saturday, December 7th, at 6:00pm at the Evangelical Presbyterian Church. Please make every effort to come out and celebrate with these fine young men from our Troop. This will be a great event to be part of.

OA Elections

Troop OA Elections & Parents Meeting – Monday, 18 November 2013

Just a reminder that tomorrow night, Monday 18 November, the Troop plans to hold OA Elections. To hold a valid election, a quorum of the Scouts must be present, so we really need for everyone to try to come and attend the meeting, including those registered with Troop 734 but focused on finalizing their Eagle

Eagle Project – Nov. 23rd

Our OA Elections have been rescheduled to 18 November. As such, and given we just had a camp out this weekend but do not need a Yard Rule meeting to clean up from the camp out, there will be NO MEETING tomorrow. Our next Troop Meeting will be next week, 11 November at 7:30pm (PLC

Troop Campout Information

Our Troop Campout is November 1 – 3. The Troop leadership distributed suggested packing / supply list in the last Troop meeting. We will meet at the church at 5:30pm, and we expect to be back at the church on Sunday at approximately 1:00pm. Check the weather and pack accordingly.

REMINDER: Bethany Food Bank – Saturday 10/26

Just a reminder that Saturday, 10/26, is a Bethany Food Bank Saturday. All Scouts are encouraged to come out and lend a helping hand, and your time will count towards your Service Hours for a number of different organizations.
